Acceptance to the Baby Gift Co-Op.com will list your business with Baby Gift City. 

You may have the choice to participate in the co-op ads.  Co-op prices will vary according to the current ad campaign.  For those who participate in the co-op ads, you will be featured in special pages such as the coupon page, or the special holiday page.  Every effort will be made to make sure all who are participating in the co-op ads will have fair and equal exposure.

Baby Gift Co-op will make every effort possible to drive traffic to the Baby Gift City site. However, we do not guarantee any traffic to your individual businesses nor do we guarantee any sales from products listed on Baby Gift City. 

BABY GIFT CITY Drop Shipping Agreement 2006 

Baby Gift City’s Responsibility

(A) - Baby Gift City promises to keep the Baby Gift City web site operating in peak performance. Unless, problems arise that are totally out of our control such as a server being down, etc.    

(B) - Baby Gift City will feature a vendor's products in the most flattering way to attract maximum sales.

(C) - Baby Gift City will send individual orders to each vendor ASAP.    

(D) - Baby Gift City will process orders and be responsible for bank processing fees. 

(E) - Baby Gift City's shopping cart will be on a secure server to insure your customer's personal

        information is safe. We will not sell any personal information.

(F) -  A 25% commission will be deducted for each sale BGC captures in it's shopping cart for you.

(G) -  Baby Gift City will advertise and network to the best of its ability to insure targeted traffic reaches the site and make available different opportunities of exposure for each vendor.

Vendors Responsibility

(A) - A vendor is responsible to fulfill each order that Baby Gift City captures for them to the best of their professional ability.

*SHIPPING PRICES SHOULD BE INCLUDED INTO EACH PRODUCTS PRICE.  This is so Baby Gift City can offer  FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS, while vendors recoup their shipping fees.

(B) -  Each vendor must .....

(C) - Any customer relations handled by an individual vendor should be handled in the same professional way as they treat their own web site customer's. This includes gift wrapping, ect. Baby Gift City is merely another vehicle by which a vender receives new customers and sales. The customer should be thought of as each vendor's OWN customer.

(D) - A vendor is expected to treat all customers captured by Baby Gift City the same as he/she treats their own web site customers. Baby Gift City takes it's customer service reputation quite seriously and will not have customers treated any less than a vendor would treat their own web site customers.

(E) - If a vendor does not fill an order -- or a vendor cannot be reached to fill an order, this will be grounds to have your products marked "Out Of Stock"  If this happens 3 times we may decide to remove your products and you may be asked to leave the group. We cannot have Baby Gift City's reputation marred. A vendor must inform us if they are going on any sort of extended leave of absence or vacation so we can mark the vendor's products accordingly and we are not left in the dark about how to reach a vendor.

Disclaimer: Baby Gift City will not be held responsible in the event of fraud that could result to an individual vendor. A vendor runs the same risk on their own web site as they do by having their products listed on the Baby Gift City web site. It is up to each individual vendor to judge each order they receive and act accordingly at each owns discretion. Baby Gift City is merely capturing customers and collecting their information to pass onto each vendor. Baby Gift City will have a customer’s policy on the site, with link to said policy on every page, explaining how information is collected and how their credit cards are to be charged.
